Solomon Desalegn, MD, MA, is a partner at Innova Healthcare Consultancy Services, one of Ethiopia’s leading healthcare consultancy firms. With expertise in project management, strategic planning, and financial modeling and analysis, he has played a key role in the design and execution of numerous healthcare initiatives across Ethiopia and Africa. His portfolio includes leading the development of strategic plans for public hospitals, establishing private tertiary healthcare facilities, and launching healthcare products and technologies. In addition to his consultancy work, Solomon is the founder and CEO of Lifeline Addis, a pioneering home-based healthcare service provider in Ethiopia. Solomon has earned his Medical Degree from St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College and his Master’s in Project Management and Finance from University of Jimma.
