
Eden Abate is a medical doctor and a 2023 Mandela Washington Fellow with a master’s degree in Global Health Delivery from the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE), where she focused on sexual and reproductive health (SRH). She has experience in program management, training facilitation, and curriculum development related to adolescent and youth SRH, as well as gender-based violence (GBV). She has consulted on the strategic and operational plan of specialty centers and clinics, growth and expansion project of Diagnostic Centers, and a feasibility study for an IV fluid manufacturing plant. Eden has a strong interest in SRH advocacy, health systems strengthening, and youth empowerment.
